Swimmers will meet in the parking lot area just before the Lanikai boat ramp at 3:30 (unless otherwise posted). Swimmers will walk to the starting point of the event, get instructions and swim back to the outside of the last buoy and turn in towards the shore.
A mandatory attendance of at least 2 times will be enforced. Swimmers will be done with practice by 4:00.
